Dental Crowns in Kingman

During the first visit, Dr. Haynes will prepare the necessary tooth/teeth and take an impression. Just like bridge and veneer procedures, this gives our laboratory an exact mold to use when creating your crown. A temporary crown will be placed to protect the prepared tooth/teeth and gums while the permanent crown is being made. To complete the crown procedure, the second appointment will be to deliver your new crown. Your temporary will be removed and the new permanent crown will be cemented in place. Placement usually involves some adjustments to get the fit just right. Crowns are often used to improve the strength or appearance of teeth. While inarguably beneficial to dental health, the procedure and materials can be relatively expensive, crowns have been known to last 5-10 years.
(This restoration will take two appointments. Preparation time is about 90min. Delivery time is about 30min)
